Curves of Ganglioside Profiles from the Locus Coeruleus Brain Region.
These plots were generated with the data facilitated by Drs. Louis Irvin, from the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Texas at El Paso, and Donna Byers from the Department of Biological Sciences at the University of Tennessee at Martin. More information about the analysis of these data can be found in the paper " A Similarity Analysis of Curves".

If you are interested in any of the research topics above please feel free to contact me. I am currently looking for students interested in working with me on projects related to sample size for functional data, sample size for mixture of discrete and continuous correlated variables, classification and regression trees, clustering, statistics and graph theory. Some of these projects are related to aerosol data, biomechanics of the human body and medical data.
