OUTDATED: Getting your class lists

Class lists are no longer available this way.
From a Unix box, while logged in to your ".math" account:

enter a command of the form
cp -i /home/madept/classlists/current/MA.1160.R02 newclass.txt

(This example will copy the class list for section R02 of MA1160 into a file called ``newclass.txt'' in your current directory.)

type ``cd /home/madept/classlists/current'' ( to change your directory to one containing the class lists)
type ``ls'' (to list the files containing class lists)
type ``more '' to view the contents of
copy-and-paste to a file in another window
type ``cd'' to return to your home directory
