Basic Skills Test The Department of Mathematical Sciences administers a basic skills test to all students in Calculus 1 courses (including MA1135, MA1140, MA1160, MA1161). Graphing Calculator Policy MaCH-1 Summer Program The Math Department offers a summer programs that allows entering Freshmen to jump-start their college career. This program offers both a 7-week Coursework Option, in which students can earn up to 7.5 credits in mathematics, chemistry, humanities and physical education, as well as a one-week Precalculus Workshop.
